  • Seller pays a listing fee of $500<\/strong> at contract to cover for Pictures, Signage, MLS entry and other Marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • At sale, the seller pays a listing commission of $5000 or 1% of the sale price<\/strong>, whichever is higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Seller determines what commission seller will offer to the buyer broker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Assistance with Evaluation, Negotiation, Selection, and Acceptance of Purchase Offers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Guidance Through Sales and Settlement Process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Compliance with Federal Fair Housing, ADA, HOA Regulations, Well & Waste Water, and Lead-Based Paint Compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
